Each individual involved with a piano restored by The Pyrianos Collection has worked for the Steinway factory for many years.  These professionals are considered to be the best in their fields, and, since they have branched out on their own,  we are most fortunate to be able to offer their combined talents and experience.  We aspire to the highest possible standards and specifications for every aspect of our work, including the necessary parts and installation as well as the most demanding regulation and voicing.  The action parts we use are strictly authentic, and all Steinway and Steinway/Renner made.  The casework is accomplished by much revered artists who are able to match and work with any wood or exotic veneer.  Also, we are able to custom-match bench legs to any style vintage piano legs.  To complement our rebuilding services, we will always be available to honor our warranty, schedule a routine program of tuning and maintenance, or to help you in any way possible.

We have many excellent references ( including several well- known concert pianists ) who are most pleased with our work.  As a point of interest, what we call "concert preparation" includes voicing and every other detailing required to optimize the beauty of the sound of each piano. We would like you to know that, in addition to overseeing our restoration specifications, our concert preparation is done by tuners who are internationally renowned and highly respected as specialists in concert instruments.   Among those is the tuner for many legendary artists including Isaac Stern, Eugene Istomin, Jean Yves Thibaudet, Yefim Bronfman, Andre-Michel Schub, Richard Goode, and countless others.
